Evolve Fitness offers a variety of classes to fit your lifestyle and help you achieve your fitness goals.  The classes are run by Emma Daly, a highly experienced Master Trainer with over eight years experience in the fitness industry.

 

People of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend class.  Emma will modify exercises to meet each clients needs and ensure they're working to their full potential.   

 

 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

Bootcamp

Our ever-changing, always challening, seriously sweaty bootcamp session will whip you into shape and have you feeling your fittest.  This class incorporates a variety of training methods including plyometrics, H.I.I.T., sprints, kettlebells... the list goes on.  This class will scorch calories, decrease bodyfat, and increase strength and aerobic capacity.  

 

Bubacise

The perfect class for Mums who are wanting to start exercising again after the arrival of bub.  A strength and conditioning class that targets all of the areas that need strengthening and toning post natal and a beautiful bonding experience for mums and bubs.  No need to find a baby sitter, bubs are incorporated into the exercises so bring your little bundle of joy along with you!

 

Yummy Mummy

Bootcamp designed specifically for mums, to help you shed the extra baby weight and get you into the greatest shape of your life!  This is a high-intensity class that will increase all areas of your fitness and have you walking away feeling fabulous, fit and energised (and a tad bit sore).  Bubs are welcome to come along and cheer mum on from the sideline.
